Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms & conditions under which all bookings are accepted. Once a booking is confirmed you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by them.

It is not our intention to spoil anybody's holiday, so these rules are there to ensure that nobody else spoils it either!

If you feel that you cannot be bound by the following, please do not make a booking.
  1. Bookings will only be considered final upon receipt of 10% deposit - until then we reserve the right to cancel.
  2. Payment in full must be made a minimum 3 months before the holiday start date, unless otherwise agreed by us
  3. Parties of all males, all females, or all youths, will be accepted by prior agreement only - if you do not get our permission before arrival, you risk being refused entry.
  4. Any party deemed to be a nuisance to others may be asked to leave, at the discretion of the management.
  5. Pets will be allowed on site in the case of tents, tourers, motorhomes and privately owned mobile homes. In rented mobile homes pets may be allowed at the discretion of the owners. In all cases the pet should be kept under close control; should not be a nuisance to others; and the owner will 'pick up' any mistakes the pet might make.
  6. Mora Caravans cannot offer holiday insurance, and recommends that all parties take out private insurance policies.
  7. Refunds on mobile home bookings will only be available in the event of cancellation, and will be calculated on the following basis:
Cancel more than 6 months prior to holiday Full refund
    Cancel 3 - 6 months prior lose 10 % deposit
    Cancel 1 -3 months prior 50 - 90% refund
Cancel less than 1 month prior no refund
  8. We reserve the right to change, amend, add to, and delete the terms and conditions without prior notice, and to refuse to accept a booking, or entry to the site, at our discretion, without prejudice.
  9. In the event of a booking being terminated according to (3), (4), or (5) above there will be no refund made unless we - at our sole discretion - deem it to be deserved.
  10. The person making the booking will be deemed to be the party leader, as such they must be over 18 years old, and will be held responsible for the conduct of the entire party: in the event of damage to property by any member of a party we will seek compensation from the party leader, and it will be their responsibility to obtain repayment from the guilty person(s).
  11. Unless you contact us to the contrary, any booking not occupied by noon on the day following the start day will be considered cancelled - in which case we reserve the right to re-let it to somebody else. In this event there will be no refund made.
